If you are a cancer survivor, you know the tremendous toll the disease and its treatment can take on your mind, body and spirit.  You want to begin to heal and reclaim your health.  Here is where you start!  The Survive & Thrive program is focused on helping survivors engage life after cancer.  Through understanding and support, the Chippewa Valley Family YMCA is here to help cancer survivors by providing them with the necessary tools, both physically and mentally, to focus on you - the whole person - not the disease.

This 10 week program is offered periodically throughout the year. Contact Carrie at carriem@chippewaymca.com for information on the next session.
