Group Fitness

Cardio Drums

A high energy class that combines the pulsing beats on a stability ball with fun cardio movements.  Come have a ball and beat on it too.  Experience the many positve effects of drumming.  No experience needed, everyone can drum. 
 

Boot Camp

This program includes intense military type workouts including plyometrics, kickboxing, hopping, jumping, strength training, circuits, stations, jump roping, sprints, running hills and stairs and so much more.  The workouts will take place indoors and outside when weather allows.

 

BOOT CAMP will be geared towards the more conditioned exerciser and will be taught by drill sergeant type instructors with a whistle and nasty attitude.
 

Basic Cardio

Basic low impact class designed especially for someone that has not participated in fitness classes before. Includes basic floor aerobics along with an extended stretching period at the end.

 

Early Bird Fitness

Start your day with a great cardiovascular and strength workout.  Early Bird Fitness is designed to enhance all aspects of fitness without choreography.  To promote healthy camaraderie, Friday’s class consists of a vigorous, competitive game of volleyball.  Class meets on the walk/run track.

 

Group Cycling

The group cycling class is a high intensity cardiovascular workout performed to music and stationery bikes.  An instructor leads the class through a variety of drills that simulate the different terrains one encounters on an outdoor bike trail.  It is simple, fun and easy to follow.

 

Step/Mix

Step class mixed with a series of various strength and cardio options....or all step aerobics.  A great class for everyone.

 

Variety Training

Put some excitement into your day with an assortment of fun, physical challenges.  High/low impact, step, kickboxing, jump rope, walk/run track, plyometrics, bosu balls, strength and flexibility, any or all.

 

Cardio Combat

Here is a no nonsense cardio class using kicks, punches, boot camp style drills to burn calories, build endurance and strengthen muscles.

 

Circuit Mix

Constant moving and switching your workout with different types of strength and cardio exercises. Always fun, always different.

 

Burn & Build

A mixture of plyometric inspired cardio to burn combined with a variety of strength training methods to build.

 

Fitness Medley

NEW!!!!  Each month will be taught by a different instructor with a different class format.  Shannon will instruct the class in December.  Expect this class to be challenging.
